1. Proposed Ballot Question 1 — Town Council Terms (Article II, § 2; Article IV, § 1): Discussion, vote, or other action on a proposed amendment to restructure the Town Council to five (5) members elected at large to staggered four-year terms commencing with the 2028 election, including a two-consecutive-term limit per office with eligibility to run again for the same office after a four year break.
2. Proposed Ballot Question 2 — Personnel Board Duties and Responsibilities (Article XIII, § 1): Discussion, vote, or other action on a proposed amendment to revise the political-activity restrictions applicable to Personnel Board members and to update the Board’s stated duties to reflect current practice.
3. Proposed Ballot Question 3 — Department of Facilities and Capital Assets (Article XV, § 12): Discussion, vote, or other action on a proposed amendment to establish a Department of Facilities and Capital Assets, headed by a Director of Facilities, and to renumber existing Section 12 as Section 13.

Proposed Ballot Question 4 — Board of Canvassers and Registration (Article II, § 11): Discussion, vote, or other action on a proposed amendment to provide that members of the Board of Canvassers and Registration are appointed, rather than elected, by the Town Council, consistent with R.I.
