SUBJECT:      JOINT FINANCE COMMITTEE AND COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING

You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council Finance Committee and the Committee of the Whole, to be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, immediately following the Public Hearing on the Municipal Budget scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. The joint Committee will meet at the Pawtucket Municipal Annex, 100 Freight Street, Second Floor – Room 204, Parking Lot Entrance at 75 Sabin Street, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

 

1.      ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE 2026-2027

 

 

2.      CAPITAL BUDGET ORDINANCE 2025-2026

 

 

3.      CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ORDINANCE 2027-2031

 

 

This meeting is being called by Council President Terrence E. Mercer and Councilor Mark J. Wildenhain, Chair, Finance Committee.
