You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 6:05 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

2. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO SEEK AN AMENDED LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE FY2023 EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT

3. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO SEEK A LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE FY2024 EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT

4. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN EQUIPMENT LEASE /PURCHASE AGREEMENT, AND RELATED INSTRUMENTS, FUNDING OF THE FY2024 LEASE PURCHASE EQUIPMENT LIST PLUS RELATED EXPENSES
