You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council City Property Committee and Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting

 

2.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, THE PAWTUCKET REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, FORTUITOUS TIDEWATER OZ LLC, AND TIDEWATER STADIUM, LLC
