You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting

2. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LETTER OF INTENT WITH VERTICAL BRIDGE ACQUISITIONS III, LLC, FOR AN EXCLUSIVE PERPETUAL EASEMENT ON THE SMOKESTACK AT 240 GROTTO AVENUE FOR TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES.
