You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO ENTER INTO A ONE-YEAR LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH NEXUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC, FOR THE PERIOD ENDING FEBRUARY 29, 2024, AT A RENTAL RATE OF $433.33 PER MONTH FOR THE USE OF THE PARKING LOT ON SUMMER ST, (AP43 L629) FOR THE PAWTUCKET PUBLIC LIBRARY
