You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council City Property Committee and Committee of the Whole, to be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at 100 Freight Street, Pawtucket, RI.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
A portion of this meeting may be held in Executive Session pursuant to § 42-46-4 and § 42-46-5 (A)(5) of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island regarding the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes.
1. Tour of 100 Freight Street.
2. Communication from Dylan M. Zelazo, Director of Administration, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk (Freight Street Property)
