You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at 6:05 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.

2. Communication from Rick Karsulavitch, Business Manager, Department of Public Works, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, submitting an ordinance proposal regarding graffiti.

3. AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 227 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “GRAFFITI.”

This meeting is being called by Councilor Terrence E. Mercer, Chair, Ordinance Committee.
