You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at 6:20 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting

 

2.     Communication from Jose DaMoura, President, Cape Verdean Museum, to the Honorable Members of Pawtucket City Council requesting an easement onto city property, to build a handicap ramp at 617 Prospect Street

 

3.     Communication from John Hanley, Building Official, to Richard Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk (Sidewalk review for easement at Cape Verdean Museum)

 

4.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO ENTER INTO AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CAPE VERDEAN MUSEUM EXHIBIT TO MAINTAIN A RAMP ON THE CITY’S SIDEWALK AT 617 PROSPECT STREET
