You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council Finance Committee and Ordinance Committee, to be held on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 5:20 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.

 

2.     Communication from Bianca M. Policastro, Director of Planning & Redevelopment, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council.  (Planning Commission’s Recommendation of Approval of Pawtucket Redevelopment Plan #18)

 

3.     AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTERS 1810, 1845, 1853, 1899, 1933, 1971, ‎‎1995, 2007, 2037, 2114, 2262, 2496, 2511, 2547, 2864, 3174, 3221 AND 3236 OF THE ‎ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 18 TO ‎THE PAWTUCKET REDEVELOPMENT PLAN, WHICH AMENDS THE CITY’S REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND ADOPTS A PROJECT PLAN FOR PHASE 1A OF THE “TIDEWATER LANDING PROJECT”
