The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

2.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ACTIONS AND FINANCING DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE FINANCING OF A PORTION OF PHASE 1A OF THE “TIDEWATER LANDING PROJECT”
