You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 6:20 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.         PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting

 

2.         Communication from Anthony J. Bucci, Jr., Esq., representing Narragansett Bay Commission to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting an Easement between the City of Pawtucket and Fortuitous Tidewater OZ LLC to Narragansett Bay Commission for the property at Winter and Taft Streets AP54 L827 and further requesting the perpetual easement between City of Pawtucket and Narragansett Bay Commission for the property between the Seekonk River and School Street, south and west of Bowers Street be Abandoned.

 

3.         RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET AND THE NARRAGANSETT BAY COMMISSION (NBC) RELATING TO SEWER AND STORMWATER INFRASTRUCTURE TO BE INSTALLED ALONG TAFT STREET; AND THE ABANDONMENT OF AN EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN THESE PARTIES RELATING TO UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE CURRENTLY LOCATED BETWEEN DIVISION AND SCHOOL STREETS
