You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 6:15 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting

2. Communication from Frank Milos, City Solicitor, to Richard Goldstein, City Clerk. (Construction and Maintenance Agreement – Broad Street Regeneration Project)

3. RESOLUTION RATIFYING A CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (“THE STATE”) FOR THE PAWTUCKET BROAD STREET (ROUTE 114) REGENERATION PROJECT.
