You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting.

 

2.      Communication from Jay Rosa, Assistant Director of Planning & Redevelopment, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council.  (Planning Commission’s Recommendation for the rezoning of 120 Webster Street from RT to CG)

 

3.      Communication from Stephen J. Sypole, Esq., representing AC Property Management LLC, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting a zone change at 120 Webster Street, AP9, L570, from Residential Two Family (RT) to Commercial General (CG)

 

4.      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “ZONING” CHANGE IN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR 120 WEBSTER STREET (AP9 L570) FROM RT TO CG ZONE
