SUBJECT: CITY PROPERTY COMMITTEE MEETING
You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting
3. Communication from Jay Rosa, Assistant Planning Director, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council. (Riverside Recreation Property Purchase and Sale Agreement 724 Pleasant Street – AP67 LOTS 2, 3, 8 & 15)
A portion of the meeting may be held in executive session pursuant to Section 42-46-5 (A)(5) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding the potential acquisition of property; and Section 42-46-5 (A)(7) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding the investment of public funds.
