5. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO EXPAND THE CITY RIGHT OF WAY AT THE SOUTH-WEST CORNER OF THE MOSHASSUCK/MAIN STREET INTERSECTION (AP62 L337) IN ORDER TO EXECUTE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS
