You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

2. Communication from James E. Thorsen, Director, RI Department of Administration, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk. (Disposition of Surplus State Land – 160 Beechwood Ave AP35 L51, 52, 360)

3. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS TO ACQUIRE FROM THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 160 BEECHWOOD AVE, AP35 L51, 52, 360.
