You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at 6:15 p.m.  The Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s Executive Orders up to and including 21-21.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD (Must call in 5 minutes prior to the meeting) 

 

2.     Communication from Susan L. Reed, Library Director, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk.  (Lease Extension on Summer Street for Library Parking)

 

3.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO ENTER INTO A ONE-YEAR LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH NEXUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC FOR USE OF THE PARKING LOT ON SUMMER STREET AT 49 NORTH UNION STREET (AP43 L629) FOR THE PAWTUCKET PUBLIC LIBRARY.

 

4.     Communication from David Bass, Agent to T-Mobile, to the Pawtucket City Council.  (Second Amendment to Lease for T-Mobile for the Grotto Avenue site)
