You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021, at 4:30 p.m.  The Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s Executive Orders up to and including 21-72.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD (Must call in 5 minutes prior to the meeting) 

 

2.     Communication from Jay Rosa, Assistant Director of Planning and Redevelopment, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council. (Planning Commission’s recommendation regarding a petition to acquire Morley Field, 94 Moshassuck Street (AP62, L291 & 309))

 

A portion of this meeting may be held in Executive Session pursuant to § 42-46-4 and § 42-46-5 (A)(5) of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island regarding the disposition of publicly held property.

 

3.     Communication from Frank J. Milos, Jr., Esq., City Solicitor, to Council President David P. Moran, submitting a draft purchase and Sales Agreement between the City of Pawtucket and JK Equities, LLC for Morley Field, 94 Moshassuck Street (AP62, L291 & 309)

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Michael A. Araujo, Chair, City Property Committee.
