You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council Finance Committee and City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at 5:50 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD Must Sign-in at City Hall or Join via Zoom 10 minutes prior to meeting

 

2.     Communication from Dylan Zelazo, Director of Administration and Acting Commerce Director, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting Master Development Agreement (MDA) and Modified Ground Lease (Tidewater Landing)

 

3.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, THE PAWTUCKET REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, FORTUITOUS TIDEWATER OZ, LLC, AND TIDEWATER STADIUM LLC IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE TIDEWATER LANDING DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL.

 

4.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A REVISED GROUND LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET AND FORTUITOUS TIDEWATER OZ LLC, AND FORTUITOUS PARTNERS LLC FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED ON DIVISION AND TAFT STREET – AP 23 L672, 673, AND 599 AND AP54 L827.
