SUBJECT: CITY PROPERTY COMMITTEE MEETING

You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 6:20 p.m. The Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s Executive Orders up to and including 21-30.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD (Must call in 5 minutes prior to the meeting)

2. Communication from Peter Wingate, Purchasing Director, to the Honorable Members of the City Property Committee. (Response to RFP for Concession Area at Slater Park – Len’s Hot Dog Haven – Sole Respondent)

3. Selection of Vendor for Concession Area at Slater Park.
