Understanding the people have a vested interest in the operation of their government, the Pawtucket City Council intends to allow the public to have input at their meeting on September 23, 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 virus, the Council wants to be sure that everyone will do so safely from their homes.

You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at 5:55 p.m. The Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s order 20-25, 20-46, 20-53, 20-63 and 20-75.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD (Must call in 5 minutes prior to the meeting)
2. AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “ZONING” CHANGE IN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (Addition of 104 Glenwood Ave AP66 L919 to the Historic District)
3. AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “ZONING” CHANGE IN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (Change of 30 India Street (AP26 L650) from RT Residential Two-Family to Industrial Open MO Zone)
4. AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 347 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “SOLID WASTE” (Dumpsters)
