There will be a meeting of the City Council Committee of the Whole, to be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at 5:50 p.m. The Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s Executive Orders up to and including 20-84.
The purpose of this meeting is the following:
1. PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD (Must call in 5 minutes prior to the meeting)
A portion of the meeting may be held in executive session pursuant to Section 42-46-4 & Section 42-46-5 (A)(2) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding pending litigation; Section 42-46-5 (A)(5) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding the potential acquisition of property; and Section 42-46-5 (A)(7) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding the investment of public funds.
