Understanding the people have a vested interest in the operation of their government, the Pawtucket City Council intends to allow the public to have input at their meeting on October 7, 2020.  However, due to the COVID-19 virus, the Council wants to be sure that everyone will do so safely from their homes. 

 

Therefore, for the Public Input Period the Council is accepting email testimony at cityclerkc19@pawtucketri.com until 5:00 p.m. on October 7, 2020.  Please type COUNCIL INPUT in the Subject box.

SUBJECT:      FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at 6:20 p.m.  The Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s Executive Orders up to and including 20-75.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD (Must call in 5 minutes prior to the meeting) 

 

2.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MOVEMENT OF FUNDS WITHIN THE POLICE AND FIRE PENSION PLAN OF $2 MILLION OUT OF GRANITE INVESTMENT ADVISORS AND INTO ALKEON, $2 MILLION OUT OF CONGRESS ASSET MANAGEMENT AND INTO LOCUS WOOD, AND $1 MILLION OUT OF HARDING LOEVNER AND INTO CENTRAL PARK GROUP.
