Understanding the people have a vested interest in the operation of their government, the Pawtucket City Council intends to allow the public to have input at their meeting on May 26, 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 virus, the Council wants to be sure that everyone will do so safely from their homes.

You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council City Property and Ordinance Committees, to be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at 4:30 p.m. The Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s order 20-25.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
2. AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 76 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “REAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS” (Length of Lease) 
3. AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 76 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “REAL PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS” (Leases exceeding 10 years )
4. Communication from Dylan M. Zelazo, Director of Administration, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council (Leases with Fortuitous for the Division St. Parcel and the City-Owned Portion of the Tidewater Site)
The Committee may enter into Executive Session pursuant to §42-46-4 and Section 42-46-5 (A)(5) of the General Laws of Rhode Island regarding the acquisition or lease of real property for public purposes, or of the disposition of publicly held property
