ALTERNATE MEANS OF PARTICIPATION

 

COUNCIL MEETING WILL BE SHOWN ONLINE ON THE MAY 6, 2020 DOCKET AT https://clerkshq.com/Pawtucket-ri

 

Understanding the people have a vested interest in the operation of their government, the Pawtucket City Council intends to allow the public to have input at their meeting on May 6, 2020.  However, due to the COVID-19 virus, the Council wants to be sure that everyone will do so safely from their homes. 

 

Therefore, for the Public Input Period the Council is accepting email testimony at cityclerkc19@pawtucketri.com until 6:00 p.m. on May 6, 2020.  Please type COUNCIL INPUT in the Subject box.

 

Any person desiring to be heard by telephone on May 6th, may call the following number at the time listed below:

You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council Finance Committee and the Committee of the Whole, to be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, immediately following the Public Hearing on the Municipal Budget scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. The joint Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s order 20-25.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ORDINANCE 2021-2025

 

2.     CAPITAL BUDGET ORDINANCE 2020-2021

 

3.     Communication from Smug Brewing Company, The Guild, Foolproof Brewing, Rhode Island Spirits, White Dog Distilling, and Crooked Current, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting funding for Collaborative Brewery and Distillery Events

 

4.     ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE 2020-2021
