You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt venue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period.

 

2.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LETTER OF INTENT WITH FORTUITOUS PARTNERS FOR THE LEASE AND REDEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTIES AT 45 DIVISION STREET AND TIDEWATER
