Understanding the people have a vested interest in the operation of their government, the Pawtucket City Council intends to allow the public to have input at their meeting on June 10, 2020.  However, due to the COVID-19 virus, the Council wants to be sure that everyone will do so safely from their homes. 

 

Therefore, for the Public Input Period the Council is accepting email testimony at cityclerkc19@pawtucketri.com until 5:15 p.m. on June 10, 2020.  Please type COUNCIL INPUT in the Subject box.

SUBJECT:      FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee to be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at 6:30 p.m.  The Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s order 20-25.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period. 

 

2.     Communication from Sara Miranda, Human Resources Coordinator, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council.  (Benefit Booklets for Police Contract 2020-2023)

 

3.     Collective Bargaining Agreement by and between the City of Pawtucket and Pawtucket Lodge No. 4 Fraternal Order of Police for 2020-2023

 

4.     AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A PAY PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET FOR UNIFORM MEMBERS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN §88-12 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996 (July 1, 2020- June 30, 2023).

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor John J. Barry, III, Chair, Finance Committee.
