PROPERTY COMMITTEE WILL BE SHOWN LIVE ONLINE ON THE DECEMBER 9, 2020 DOCKET AND UNDER SUBCOMMITTEE AGENDA AT https://clerkshq.com/Pawtucket-ri

 

Understanding the people have a vested interest in the operation of their government, the Pawtucket City Council intends to allow the public to have input at their meeting on December 9, 2020.  However, due to the COVID-19 virus, the Council wants to be sure that everyone will do so safely from their homes. 

 

Therefore, for the Public Input Period the Council is accepting email testimony at cityclerkc19@pawtucketri.com until 4:00 p.m. on December 9, 2020.  Please type COUNCIL INPUT in the Subject box.

You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at 5:30 p.m.  The Committee will meet via videoconference on ZOOM during the COVID-19 pandemic, per Governor’s Executive Orders up to and including 20-93.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     PUBLIC INPUT PERIOD (Must call in 5 minutes prior to the meeting) 

 

2.     RESOLUTION DEDICATING THE CORNER OF GOFF AVENUE AND PINE STREET IN HONOR AND MEMORY OF ARMANDO NIEVES AS “ARMANDO’S CORNER”  

 

3.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EASEMENT WITH OLD SLATER MILL ASSOCIATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 67 ROOSEVELT AVENUE (AP43 L566, 565, 564)

 

4.     Communication from John Lefrancois, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting to utilize a portion of Festival Pier for KOTA – which would be Civic Hospitality & Gateway Hub
