You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at 5:20 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period.

 

2.     Communication from Adam F. Braillard, Esq., Prince Lobel, representing T-Mobile Northeast LLC, successor to Omnipoint Holdings, Inc., to Michelle R. Hardy, CMC, Deputy City Clerk, requesting a new lease agreement for the current telecommunications site at 240 Grotto Avenue.

 

3.     Discussion regarding the condition of the roof at the Animal Shelter.
