You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee to be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period.

 

2.     Communication from Michael Leshinsky, Nexus Lofts, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, (Ten Year Tax Stabilization Agreement for 49 North Union Street)

 

3.     Communication from Robert W. Burns, Tax Assessor, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council.  (Nexus Holdings LLC Tax Stabilization Request for 49 North Union Street)

 

4.     Communication from Susan Mara, Director of Planning, to David P. Moran, Council President,  (Nexus Holdings LLC Tax Stabilization Request for 49 North Union Street)

 

5.     RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF TAXES FOR MOTOR VEHICLES, REAL ESTATE AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR APRIL, MAY AND JUNE 2019 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $142,242.41
