You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at 5:40 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, Pawtucket City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:
1. Public Input Period.
2. Communication from Frank J. Milos, Jr., Esq., City Solicitor, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council. (Amendment to §351-13 of the Code of Ordinances – “Sidewalk Obstructions Prohibited”)
3. Communication from William Vieira, Acting Director of Zoning & Code Enforcement, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council. (ACLU’s Concerns Regarding Signage on Rice Street)
This meeting is being called by Councilor Terrence Mercer, Chairperson of the Ordinance Committee.
