You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Substance Abuse/Dare Fund Committee, to be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at 6:15 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, Pawtucket City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period.

 

2.     DRAFT CHANGES TO SUBSTANCE ABUSE/DARE ORDINANCES: 

Chapter 388. Vehicles and Traffic, Article I. General Provisions, Section 388-5 Violations and Penalties  Chapter 347. Solid Waste, Article VI. Recycling, Section 347-39. Ownership of recyclables; savaging prohibit; violations and penalties; allocation of fines.

 

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Albert J. Vitali, Jr., Chairperson of the Substance Abuse/DARE Fund Committee.
