You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee to be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at 5:45 p.m., in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1. Public Input Period.

2. AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 363 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “TAXATION.” (Fifteen (15) and Twenty (20) Year Tax Stabilization Program)

3. Communication from Michael F. Horan, Esq., to Susan Mara, Director of Planning and Redevelopment, submitting an application for a Tax Stabilization Agreement for Freight Realty, LLC, Plat 8 Lots 415 & 399.

4. TO BE POSTPONED INDEFINITELY:
