You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at 6:15 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.               Public Input Period.

 

2.               RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF TAXES FOR MOTOR VEHICLES, REAL ESTATE AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR APRIL, MAY, AND JUNE, 2018, IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $136,111.19

 

3.               RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO SEEK A LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE FY19 FIRE EQUIPMENT LEASE LIST.

 

4.               RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN EQUIPMENT LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT, AND RELATED INSTRUMENTS, FUNDING OF THE FY2019 LEASE PURCHASE EQUIPMENT LIST PLUS RELATED EXPENSES.
