You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council Finance Committee and the Committee of the Whole, to be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, immediately following the Public Hearing on the Municipal Budget scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. The joint Committee will meet in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period.

 

2.     CAPITAL BUDGET ORDINANCE 2018-2019

 

3.     CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ORDINANCE 2019-2023

 

4.     ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCE 2018-2019
