You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council Ordinance and Substance Abuse/DARE Fund Committees, to be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, Pawtucket City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period.

 

2.     AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 365 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “TOBACCO AND SNUFF” (PURCHASE AND SALE REQUIREMENTS)

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Terrence Mercer, Chairperson of the Ordinance Committee and Councilor Albert J. Vitali, Jr., Chairperson of the Substance Abuse/DARE Fund Committee.
