You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period.

 

2.     Communication from Lisa A. Adelman, Esq., representing OSJ of Providence, LLC d/b/a Ocean State Job Lot, to the Pawtucket City Council, Requesting to Increase Pylon Sign Height at 50 Ann Mary Street.

 

3.     Communication from Kerin A. Browning, Esq., representing Fitness International LLC and Vereit LA Pawtucket RI LLC, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, objecting to OSJ of Providence, LLC, request for an increase to the Pylon Sign Height at 50 Ann Mary Street.

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Wildenhain, Chair of the City Property Committee
