You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period.

 

2.     Communication from Susan L. Reed, Library Director, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk.  (Request to Extend Lease for Library Parking)

 

3.     Communication from Nicholas & Erica Barros, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting to purchase Plat 52 Lot 23 adjacent to their property

 

4.     Communication from Jay Rosa, Senior Planner, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council.  (Planning Commission and Planning Department’s Recommendation – Purchase of AP52 L23, Merrick Street)

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Wildenhain, Chair of the City Property Committee.
