You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at 5:50 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, Pawtucket City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.     Public Input Period.

 

2.     Communication from Rebecca Spencer, Bond St, LLC, to Susan Mara, Director of Planning and Redevelopment, requesting to change the Zone of the following properties from MB (Industrial Built Up) to CD (Commercial Downtown):   349 Barton St, AP44 L601; 195 Weeden St, AP44 L433; 173 Weeden Street, AP44 L581; 181 Conant St (Fram Alley), AP44 L612)

 

3.     AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, ENTITLED “ZONING” CHANGE IN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (Change of Zone from MB to CD for the following properties: 349 Barton Street – AP44 L601; 195 Weeden Street – AP44 L433; 173 Weeden Street AP44 l581; 181 Conant Street (Fram Alley) AP44 L612)

 

4.     Petition of Michael F. Horan, Esq., representing 593 Mineral Spring Ave Associates, LLC, applicant and David C. Taylor, owner, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting to rezone 593 Mineral Spring Avenue Associates, AP48 L521 from Industrial MO Zone to the Mill Building Reuse District MBRD Zone.

 

5.     AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 410 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, ENTITLED “ZONING” CHANGE IN OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (Change of Zone from MO to MBRD for the following property:  593 Mineral Spring Ave AP48 L521)

           

6.     AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 3124 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, RHODE ISLAND, AMENDING THE 2017 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN (PAWTUCKET/CENTRAL FALLS TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT AREA)

 

7.     RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2018 PAWTUCKET – CENTRAL FALLS MULTI-JURISDICTIONAL HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN
