You are requested to attend a meeting of the Public Works/Cemeteries Committee, to be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at 5:40 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      Public Input Period.

 

2.      Previous Minutes (05/10/2017)

 

3.      Communication from Norm Lamoureux, Operations Manager, Public Works, to the Pawtucket City Council Cemetery Committee.  (Request for Funding for the Oak Grove and Mineral Spring Avenue Cemeteries)

 

4.      Communication from Harry B. Manning, Jr., to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk.  (Burial Lot Deed for Lot No 22 Section M in Oak Grove Cemetery)

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Tetreault, Chair of the Public Works Committee.
