You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at 6:20 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      Public Input Period.

 

2.      Previous Minutes (5/24/2017)

 

3.      Communication from Jay Rosa, Senior planner, to the Pawtucket City Council City Property Committee.  (Planning Commissions further review and recommendation regarding: Ann Mary Street – Pylon Sign Height increase OSJ of Providence, LLC)

 

4.      Communication from Lisa A. Adelman, Esq. OSJ of Providence, LLC, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting consideration for increasing the size of sign in the right of way of 50 Ann Mary Street)

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Wildenhain, Chair of the City Property Committee.
