You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Ordinance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at 6:05 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, Pawtucket City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

3.      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 26 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “COURTS”  (Fines and Fees)

 

4.      Communication from Susan Mara, Acting Director, Planning & Redevelopment, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council.  (Proposed Pawtucket/Central Falls Station District Joint Planning Commission)

 

5.      Communication from Frank J. Milos, Jr., City Solicitor, to the Honorable Members of the City Council Ordinance Committee.  (Snow Removal Ordinance – Proposed Amendments)

 

6.      Communication from Beth Roberge, Pawtucket Senior Liaison, to the Honorable Members of the City Council Ordinance Committee. (Youth to Senior Snow Removal Program)

 

7.      AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE VI OF CHAPTER 351 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL” (Clearing of Sidewalks)
