You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at 6:10 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1. Public Input Period.

2. Previous Minutes (01/25/2017)

3. Communication from Robert W. Burns, Tax Assessor, to the Finance Committee. (Request from Nulco Lofts LLC, 30 Beecher St. Plat 45 Lots 444 and 445 for a 10 Year Tax Stabilization)

4. Communication from Susan Mara, Acting Director, Planning & Redevelopment, to Council President David P. Moran. (Response – Tax Stabilization Request for Nulco Lofts LLC)

5. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO SEEK A LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE FY17 EQUIPMENT LEASE LIST.

6. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR A TWO YEAR TERM FINANCE LEASE WITH TD EQUIPMENT FINANCE.

7. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN EQUIPMENT LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT, AND RELATED INSTRUMENTS, FUNDING OF THE FY2017 LEASE PURCHASE EQUIPMENT LIST PLUS RELATED EXPENSES
