You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at 6:20 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

1.      Public Input Period.

2.      RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF TAXES ON AUTOMOBILES, REAL ESTATE, AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $86,786.37 FOR JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH, 2017

3.      RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIVERSIFICATION OF THE POLICE AND FIRE PORTFOLIO BY INVESTING $5,000,000 TO LAZARD ASSET MANAGEMENT AND $10,000,000 TO BAHL & GAYNOR INVESTMENT BY TRANSFERRING THESE MONIES FROM THE CURRENT INVESTMENT WITH HUTCHENS.

4.      Communication from Joanna L’Heureux, Director of Finance, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council.  (Participation in the RI Interlocal Management Trust OPEB Funding Program)

This meeting is being called by Councilor Barry, Chairperson of the Finance Committee.
