You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council City Property Committee, to be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at 5:50 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

3.     Communication from Susan Mara, Director, Planning & Redevelopment, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council.  (Prospect Heights Easement Agreement – 560 Prospect Street)

 

4.     Communication from Stephen A. Vadnais, Executive Director, Pawtucket Housing Authority, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk.  (Request for the City to accept a grant of easement on the northerly portion of AP38 L391)

 

5.     RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING AN EASEMENT WITH THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET.
