You are requested to attend a joint meeting of the City Council City Property Committee and Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2017, at 3:30 p.m., in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      Public Input Period.

 

2.      Communication from William E. Ankner, PhD, Director of Public Works, to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council.  (Parking Easement Agreement for 211 Columbus Avenue – Soccer Parking)

 

3.      RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET TO ENTER INTO AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC TEMPORARY PARKING AT 211 COLUMBUS AVENUE WITH COLUMBUS DISTRIBUTION, LLC AND COLUMBUS AVE ASSOCIATES, LLC (Soccer Parking)

 

 

This meeting is being called by Councilor Wildenhain, Chair of City Property Committee and Councilor Barry, Chair of the Finance Committee.
