You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Finance Committee, to be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at 6:15 p.m. in the City Council Office, Room 303, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, RI.
The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

3. Communication from R. Kevin Horan, Esq., representing Community Resources for Justice (CRJ) to the Honorable Members of the Pawtucket City Council, requesting real and personal property tax exempt status for the Neil J. Houston, Jr. Residential Re-Entry Center at 67 Slater Street.
Communication from Shaun Strobel, Tax Collector, to the Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk (Cost of Legislation H6090 - Neil J. Houston, Jr. Residential Re-Entry Center)
4. Communication from Joanna L’Heureux, Finance Director, to the Finance Committee. (Response – Motor Vehicle List)
5. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO SEEK A LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE FY17 EQUIPMENT LEASE LIST.
6. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR A TWO YEAR TERM FINANCE LEASE WITH TD EQUIPMENT FINANCE.
7. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN EQUIPMENT LEASE/PURCHASE AGREEMENT, AND RELATED INSTRUMENTS, FUNDING OF THE FY2017 LEASE PURCHASE EQUIPMENT LIST PLUS RELATED EXPENSES
