You are requested to attend a meeting of the City Council Committee on Claims and Pending Suits, to be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at 5:15 p.m., in the City Council Office, Room 303, 3^rd Floor, City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island.

 

The purpose of this meeting is for discussion and/or consideration of the following:

 

1.      Communication from Frank J. Milos, Esq. City Solicitor, to Richard J. Goldstein, MMC, City Clerk, (City Council’s Committee on Claims and Pending Suits Meeting of April 19, 2017)

 

A portion of this meeting may be held in Executive Session pursuant to § 42-46-4 and § 42-46-5 (A)(2) of the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island regarding pending litigation.
