4.   AN ORDINANCE IN AMENDMENT OF SECTION 392-7 OF CHAPTER 392 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PAWTUCKET, 1996, ENTITLED “TEMPORARY PARKING AREAS” (PARKING ON NONPAVED AREAS)
